ROUGH CUT - NO REPORTER NARRATION<br/> <br />STORY: Flooding worsened in the northeastern Indian state of Assam on Tuesday (June 26) after heavy rainfall breached embankments and overwhelmed several villages and towns.<br/> <br />Across the region, flood waters inundated villages and farmlands and the water levels of the Brahmaputra River and its tributaries crossed the danger mark at various places in the state.<br/> <br />Local media reported the situation resulted in the death of at least ten people.
