Police in Naples have arrested a woman accused of being a Mafia godmother.<br /><br />Rafaella D'Alterio, 46, allegedly took over the reins of a Camorra clan when her husband was fatally gunned down six years ago.<br /><br />She is accused of heading up a gang that runs a number of drug cartels in the Italian port city.<br />http://www.euronews.net/
