ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />STORY: At least ten passengers died and 17 were injured in a bus crash in Thailand's Surat Thani Province.<br/> <br />The crash happened in the early hours of Tuesday when the driver of the bus lost control and crashed into a power pole at the side of the road.<br/> <br />Thai television channel PBS, reported that an Indian national was among the ten dead, including the driver, while eight other foreigners, including two Britons, were among the 17 casualties.<br/> <br />The 24-seat bus left Bangkok late on Monday on its way to the famous tourist destination, Phangan Island.
