STORY:<br/> <br />Floods kill more than 100 people in Russia's southern Krasnodar region.<br/> <br />Overnight the area was hit with the equivalent of two months' rainfall in just a few hours.<br/> <br />Some victims were electrocuted while others drowned, in what one official is calling the worst flooding in 70 years.<br/> <br />Russian television reports show damaged homes and roads that are practically unmanageable. Crude oil and grain shipments have been halted from the Black Sea's largest port.<br/> <br />The Krasnodar region, with its coastline and high, wooded mountains, is a popular holiday destination for Russians.
