Egypt's highest court is to decide on Monday if an order from the president, demanding the parliament reconvene, is legal.<br /><br />Mohamed Morsi ordered parliament back to work, overturning the military council's move to dissolve it nearly a month ago.<br /><br />With no parliament, the military still holds all the law-making power. <br /><br />Some critics, however, say the president has overstepped his authority.<br /><br />Al Jazeera’s Imran Khan reports.
