Addiction to on-line gaming is considered a serious problem in South Korea.<br /><br />But for many young South Koreans online gaming is as important as football in other parts of the world.<br /><br />Now, the government has introduced new regulations to help parents limit the time children can spend playing games. <br /><br />Al Jazeera's Harry Fawcett reports from Seoul.
