Turkish police are called to the scene when ethnic clashes erupted at a refugee camp Sunday.<br/> <br />Four soldiers and four civilians are wounded in the unrest.<br/> <br />The Dogan news agency said the violence erupted when Syrian refugees protested against sharing the camp with Syrian Turkmen.<br/> <br />Security personnel were also called to the scene at another camp where refugees were protesting over a lack of food and water.<br/> <br />There are now more than 43,000 Syrian refugees living in camps inside Turkey.
