Mozambique's reputation as an African success story was badly tarnished at the beginning of this month when riots left more than a dozen people dead, and several hundreds injured.<br /><br />They were triggered by the government raising the price of bread, water and electricity.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Barnaby Phillips reports from the capital Maputo.
