Officials in Guinea have delayed the presidential runoff vote, due to take place on Sunday.<br /><br />They say it is because they have not been able to distribute all the ballot papers.<br /><br />The postponement is adding to tension in the West African country where political parties are accusing each other of vote rigging. <br /><br />Al Jazeera's Caroline Malone reports.
