Twelve people have been arrested in France after operations against suspected Islamic militant cells. <br /><br />The police raids follow warnings by Western governments of an increased risk of terror attacks across Europe. <br /><br />Nine suspects were held in the cities of Marseilles and Avignon where investigators found a pump-action shotgun and an AK47 assault rifle. <br /><br />In an apparently separate operation three more men were arrested - again in Marseilles and also Bordeaux.<br /><br />That happened as Germany investigates the deaths of five German men in a drone strike on Monday in Pakistan.<br />It's reported they travelled there from Hamburg for military training.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Tania Page reports from Hamburg.
