In the Philippines, the gambling game of "jueteng" has caused problems for several administrations following the toppling of Joseph Estrada in 2001.<br /><br />Now, some of the closest allies of Benigno Aquino, the current Philippines president, are said to have links to this illegal but very popular game.<br /><br />This will be the third administration to face a senate inquiry into the illegal gambling, as Al Jazeera's Margas Ortigas reports.
