An increasing number of people have fallen victim to landmines in Yemen, where many are facing years of treatment and rehabilitation.<br /><br />Doctors are struggling to help the injured, who have to rely on locally-made prosthetic limbs.<br /><br />Meanwhile mine clearance teams are being hampered by the continuing unrest in both the north and south of the country.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Hashem Ahelbarra reports from the capital, Sana'a.
