Hurricane Tomas, which had been raging through the Caribbean with heavy winds of up to 100 kilometres, has been downgraded to a tropical storm.<br /><br />But the storm system, which is now headed towards Haiti, could still wreak havoc in the earthquake-ravaged country that is already battling an outbreak of cholera.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Craig Mauro reports from the Haitian capital, Port-au-Prince where residents are bracing themselves for more destruction.
