From Colorado, the mugshot of the man suspected in a shooting rampage that killed 12 people.<br/> <br />James Eagan Holmes, 24, was detained immediately after the massacre at a suburban Denver movie theater.<br/> <br />Following his appearance in court, an attorney representing his family held a press conference.<br/> <br />SOUNDBITE: LISA DAMIANI, ATTORNEY FOR THE FAMILY OF JAMES HOLMES, SAYING:<br/> <br />"Again, the family want to reiterate that their hearts go out to the victims and their families.
