One of Sudan's main political parties says it will not recognise January's referendum on southern independance if voter registration problems are not resolved.<br /><br />The National Congress Party has accused the Sudan People's Liberation Movement of discouraging southerners living in the north from registering.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Tarek Bazley has the details.
