Hun Sen, the Cambodian prime minister, has led a mourning ceremony for the hundreds of people killed in a stampede on Monday.<br /><br />He cried as he led a ceremony at the bridge where the tragedy took place.<br /><br />He has described the incident as the country's largest tragedy since the end of the Khmer Rouge.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Harry Fawcett reports from the capital, Phnom Penh.
