Months of drought in Brazil's Amazon region is raising serious concerns about the future of the world's biggest rainforest.<br /><br />The prolonged dry spell has left the Rio Negro river at its lowest level in more than a century.<br /><br />Dead fish have begun to contaminate the drinking water and about 60,000 people are running short on food.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Anand Naidoo reports.
