US authorities have charged a "troubled" 22-year-old man with murder and attempted murder for the killing of six people and the wounding of 19 others, including Arizona congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords.<br /><br />Jared Lee Loughner is due to appear in court to face the charges on Monday in Arizona, where he is alleged to have launched a shooting rampage at a crowd meeting their congresswoman.<br /><br />The mass shooting has raised new questions about the inflammatory language of political debate in the United States.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Franc Contreras reports from Tucson, Arizona.
