Haiti aid groups criticised over growing influence<br /><br />Even before the earthquake that hit the country in January 2010, Haiti's government was not fully functioning and relied on non-governmental organisations to help the people. <br /><br />Now there is mounting criticism about the influence they wield. <br /><br />Karl Jean Louis, project director for Haiti Aid Watchdog, spoke to Al Jazeera about the issue.
