The UN Security Council has urged Afghanistan's government to do more to protect the young victims of the country's conflict.<br /><br />Afghan youth are regularly recruited to join both the army and the Taliban. <br /><br />Children arrested by police also often suffer torture and abuse in detention. <br /><br />Al Jazeera's Sue Turton reports from Kabul.
