Japan is in the grip of a nuclear emergency as it struggles to come to terms with the recent devastating earthquake and tsunami.<br /><br />Cooling systems at three reactors have been damaged by the quake. Sea water is being frantically pumped into the plant to cool the reactors, but the government is warning of a partial meltdown.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Harry Fawcett reports from Motomiya in Fukushima prefecture, the same region as the nuclear plant.
