Hundreds of protesters have been wounded in the Yemeni city of Taiz, after police reportedly fired tear gas and live ammunition to disperse the crowds. <br /><br />Medical sources have told Al Jazeera that as many as 1,600 people have been injured.<br /><br />Omar al Saleh reports.
