Six high profile Kenyan politicians are due to appear at the International Criminal Court on Thursday.<br /><br />The so-called Ocampo Six are accused of masterminding violence after Kenya's 2008 elections, in which more than 1000 people died. <br /><br />A pre-trial hearing will be held at The Hague.<br /><br />The purpose of the hearing is to formally present the charges to the suspects, and for prosecutors to determine whether or not to proceed to trial.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Catherine Soi reports from Eldoret in Western Kenya.
