The latest round of discussions on climate change has become bogged down in disagreements and, at times, dismay.<br /><br />Delegates have been meeting at the United Nations in the Thai capital, Bangkok, hoping to build on the positive outcomes of December's meeting in Cancun, Mexico.<br /><br />But the initial optimism turned into frustration as talks proved that the topic was still a fight between rich and poor nations.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Wayne Hay reports from Bangkok.
