Icelanders are voting on a new deal to repay Britain and the Netherlands for a debt incurred after the collapse of a major bank in 2008.<br /><br />The UK and Dutch government had compensated more than five billion dollars to savers who lost their money.<br /><br />A referendum last year resulted in a resounding 'no' vote.<br /><br />But as Al Jazeera's Rory Challands reports, voters are now divided over the issue.
