Cambodia's government has drafted two laws aimed at regulating the growing number of trade unions and non-governmental organisations in the country.<br /><br />Human rights groups say the proposed legislation undermines rather than promote civil liberties and have called for the laws to be scrapped.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Stephanie Scawen reports from Phnom Penh.
