Canadian politics has been marred by instability in recent years.<br /><br />This is the fourth time Canadians are voting in seven years for a new prime minister.<br /><br />But with voter turnout shrinking with every election, the possibility of a stable government looks dim.<br /><br />As a result there are fears the upcoming federal polls may throw up a minority government yet again.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Zeina Awad reports from Toronto.
