In Syria, opposition activists say security forces have attacked a funeral in the country's third largest city of Homs.<br /><br />At least 13 people are reported to have been killed as mourners were burying the dead from earlier attacks.<br /><br />AlJazeera's Rula Amin reports from Beirut.
