Six people have been killed after Israel launched air strikes in southern Gaza in retaliation to co-ordinated attacks inside Israel which left seven dead and wounding 25 others.<br /><br />In the first incident, gunmen sprayed bullets at a bus carrying soldiers near the southern Israeli resort town of Eilat, while an army jeep, which was responding to the attack, and a private car were also hit with explosives.<br /><br />Israeli troops claim they shot dead at least five of their attackers.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Cal Perry reports from Jerusalem.
