The US military is increasing its use of unmanned aircraft in its fight against the Taliban and al-Qaeda.<br /><br />In an era of budget cost-cutting, sellers of remote controlled drones argue they can save the hundreds of thousands of dollars needed to recruit and train service members.<br /><br />And as more countries add drones to their arsenals, manufacturers are taking steps to satisfy the growing demand.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Rosiland Jordan reports from Washington.
