Libya's rebels say they are close to fully controlling Tripoli but there is still no sign of their prime target, Muammar Gaddafi.<br /><br />Security remains the most pressing concern as the National Transitional Council is ordering all rebels to join one, united national army. <br /><br />But for now, the capital is littered with the casualties of the conflict- and families left with nowhere to live.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Sue Turton reports from Tripoli.
