Almost 200 hundred people have died after a ferry capsized off the East African coast between Tanzania and Zanzibar. <br /><br />It is being described as the worst incident in Zanzibar's history, and there are fears the death toll could be much higher. <br /><br />Investigators are not ruling out technical problems, but witnesses have said that the vessel was overloaded.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's East Africa correspondent, Nazanine Moshiri, reports.
