The Colombian president has met the sole survivor of a botched rescue attempt that ended with the deaths of four other hostages.<br /><br />Juan Manual Santos described the police sergeant as a national hero.<br /><br />But families of the victims had much harsher words for the government and its handling of the mission.<br /><br />Monica Villamizar reports.
