More than 90 countries are gathering at that meeting in Bonn with the goal of plotting a path for Afghanistan, after NATO's withdrawal.<br /><br />Pakistan may not be not attending, but Al Jazeera has learned that efforts to talk to the Taliban are continuing behind the scenes elsewhere in Europe.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's James Bays reports from Bonn.
