Myanmar has released at least two hundred political prisoners - the latest in a series of prisoner amnesties.<br /><br />Among those freed are some of Myanmar's most famous political activists and ethnic minority leaders, some of whom have been locked up for years.. <br /><br />The prisoner releases is the latest in a series of democratic reforms in the the country and crucial to having the international community lift economic sanctions on it.<br /><br />Wayne Hay reports from Bangkok, Thailand's capital.
