This is the Ecuador/Colombia border region, inundated by flood water after torrential rain caused two rivers to burst their banks.<br/> <br />The torrents have left three Colombians and one Ecuadorian dead, and damaged over 1,000 homes.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (Spanish) ALCELMO GALINDO, RESIDENT OF THE FLOODED AREA:<br/> <br />"What can you do? We cannot do anything.
