In the Brazilian Amazon, the Acai berry is creating a farming boom. <br /><br />Indigenous groups discovered Acai more than a century ago, and now it's taken off in the rest of the world. <br /><br />The global phenomenon of the so-called "superfood" is causing concern, however, for the health of the rainforest.<br /><br />Al Jazeeras Gabriel Elizondo reports from Belem, in northern Brazil.
