There are rising tensions in Yemen even though the former president, Ali Abdullah Saleh has been out of power since February.<br /><br />The new president, Abrabuh Mansur Hadi, has struggled to deal with his predecessor's continued grip on the country, along with regular outbreaks of violence. <br /><br /> As Al Jazeera's Jane Fergueson reports, the UN is now stepping in to try and avoid further violence.
