Vote counting is underway in Ireland following Thursday's EU fiscal treaty referendum.<br /><br />The financial plan is aimed at stabilising the eurozone.<br /><br />Under the treaty, member states will be punished if they're not able to control their debt. <br /><br />Al Jazeera's Andrew Simmons reports from Dublin.
