The Royal Bank of Scotland has complained that Moody's ratings does not recognise the changes they have made to reduce risk.<br /><br />It is one of 15 major banks, including Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase and Goldman Sachs, that have had their credit ratings lowered on Thursday over shrinking long-term prospects for profitability and growth.
