The UN says people who have been displaced by cross-border fighting in western Ivory Coast are too afraid to go <br />home.Thousands of families are still in camps, one year after deadly election related violence.<br /><br />The situation in Western Ivory Coast remains tense. UN peacekeepers are still protecting those who were displaced<br />during last year's civil war, after former President Laurent Gbagbo refused to concede defeat.<br /><br />More UN and Ivorian soldiers have been deployed.
