Uganda's President Yoweri Museveni has been sworn in for a fourth term after 25 years in power. <br /><br />At the same time, his main rival -- opposition leader Kizza Besigye -- was being let back into the country after having been denied entry from neighbouring Kenya on Wednesday.<br /><br />Throngs of Besigye's supporters lined the streets to welcome him home, but security forces fired teargas to disperse them. <br /><br />Al Jazeera's Malcolm Webb reports from Kampala.
