Radiation leaks from Japan's Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant are contaminating areas outside the original 30km exclusion zone, including the farming town of Iitate, to the east.<br /><br />The village is trapped under an invisible cloud of radiation, and the government has asked residents to evacuate the area over the next few months.<br /><br />About a third have already left, but some residents are determined to stay put.<br /><br />They say that the town - and their livelihoods there - mean more to them than the risks they face by staying.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Laura Kyle reports from Iitate.
