Russia is under pressure to crackdown on piracy after the United States put the country on a list of the world's worst copyright violators. <br />Tens of billions of dollars are lost by American companies every year due to intellectual property theft.<br />The lax attitude towards copyright theft and piracy has its roots in the Soviet Union. <br />It wasn't long ago that western goods were hard to come by, but they are relatively easy to duplicate.<br />Al Jazeera's Neave Barker reports from Moscow.
