(ROUGH CUT ONLY - NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />One Malaysian national was killed when a tanker caught fire off Labuan Island, off the coast of Borneo island in Malaysia early on Thursday (July 26).<br/> <br />Three crew members were injured and four were still missing, local coast guard officials said after the fire broke out around 2.30 a.m. local time (1830 GMT).<br/> <br />The Bunga Alpina, carrying 29 crewmembers, including 23 Malaysians and six Filipinos, was owned by MISC - a sister company of a unit of Malaysia's state oil firm Petronas Chemicals.
