Activists say Government tanks are moving towards the central Syrian city of Hama. Security forces shot dead dozens of protesters there on Friday.<br /><br />Witnesses have also reported gunfire in the northwestern town of Jisr al-Shughour.<br /><br />Protesters are trying to overthrow President Bashar al-Assad.<br /><br />Soraya Lennie has more.
