A fish farm in Canada is bringing back a rare breed of Sturgeon, which is considered a delicacy especially for its caviar, that almost died out about a century ago.<br /><br />The farm's research team spent 15 years helping the Breviro Sturgeon, which has existed since the age of dinosaurs, flourish again in captivity. <br /><br />It is the only farm in the world licensed by CITES - the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species - to sell caviar that comes from Breviro Sturgeon.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's John Terrett reports from the city of St John in the Canadian province New Brunswick.
