Somali Islamist group Al-Shabab lost control of Dobley near the Kenyan border to forces loyal to government in Mogadishu.<br /><br />They are all gone now. But the fight to take control of the town killed hundreds of people and destroyed much of its infrastructure. <br /><br />Residents, dealing with one of the worst droughts to ever hit the region, have no choice but to leave the town and cross the border into neighbouring Kenya.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Nazanine Moshiri has this exclusive report.
