It is almost a week since violence erupted in the London borough of Tottenham.<br /><br />The neighbourhood's sports centre has been turned into a refuge for the victims of the riots where many families have lost everything.<br /><br />Many are now relying on the kindness of strangers to get them through.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Emma Hayward reports from Tottenham.
