Libyans are experiencing a severe water shortage in the capital city of Tripoli.<br /><br />While rumors have circulated that that lack of drinking water is due to sabotage or poisoning by Gaddafi forces, they're not true.<br /><br />The water tanks that fill Tripoli's pipes are empty because there has been no electricity to power reservoir pumps for 45 days. <br /><br />Al Jazeera's James Bays reports from Tripoli, Libya.
